On the first listen, i was like what did i just listen to... I was confused. Musically every song was good... but they didn't seem to work as an album. Little by little i began to understand the album, and slowly it began to take over my soul. By far their best work. COSMIC, MATTEL and ORDINARY are by far my favorite tracks.. with COSMIC being one of my favorite A7X songs. It hit me right in the heart, stirring emotions that I've tried to suppress for years. "Pain, it found it's way back in", yet at the same time made me feel at ease. You can feel the pain in the guitar solo, it not wanting to let go... whaling in pain. Then the piano comes in with a soothing voice to tell you, it'll be ok. We have always been together, we will always be.... "Dancing in the wind as roses born again there you'll find me, " At the end I can see myself in my death bed, taking my last breath.... eager, scared, anxious to see.... what's next. My life flashing before my eyes. Then my eyes take in the last bit of light they will ever see... Months later and I haven't stopped listening to this album.
