Tess, the main character, exhibits kindness but questionable decision-making, inexplicably returning to the dangerous locale. Law enforcement's dismissive treatment of the victim further detracts from the film's intended horror, veering into comedic territory instead. It misses the mark, delivering more laughs than scares, ultimately embodying a blend of comedy and senseless absurdity rather than genuine horror.
