Duncan Van Ooyen

I think this is actually the first theatrical Dragon Ball film I have seen in theaters... absolutely worth it, a genuinely exciting hour-and-a-half romp, bringing back the biggest meme of a Dragon Ball villain ever, and giving him an actually touching and well fleshed out backstory, and a proper character arc too. It's not exactly Oscar material, but it's not a half-bad way to spend an afternoon/evening; something high-speed and intense to keep you warm this winter!
