EXQUISITE FILM. I love People films and Perfect Days is just that, despite all the complications of Life, Family and Friendship, people will always go on and be Human. A truly lovely way to spend 2 hours and 4 minutes. 💗 🌱

Impressive morality tale with obsessive visuals. Very natural but not so free flowing film. Extremely worthwhile. Criterion 4k edition is very good but picture is a bit grainy. 5.1 sound is mediocre, music sounds great but effects are too loud, dialogue is unintelligible at times. No nudity or gore. Truly a wonderful period film, one of the best.

Absurd & Sublime Love Triangle! This film is a 'King Kong' genre Masterpiece! The HD restoration looks very good on Blu-ray but special effects scenes need some CGI tweaking to improve composite shots quality. An English dub would be an enjoyable option. Actors are all great, especially Evelyne Kraft who is AMAZING as a female Tarzan/Sheena. No one else could have done what she did here! I really love the 1970's sensibility & music, helps to make this film a relevant time capsule. This a very beautiful film, despite some graphic violence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

BEAUTIFUL! What a GIFT this film is. A very quirky but real take on life with two of the most beautiful people who ever lived, Mr. Gene Wilder and Ms. Margot Kidder. They are MAGIC together. Story is sublime and engrossing, you really do care about their characters. Their relationship is very natural but fleeting, on her part. Young women can be very fickle after all. This film is a special allegory for adaption and survival, told in a very human way. I can't recommend it enough, it truly is a gift to see these two great stars from a young time in their careers who obviously have feelings for each other. * The VCI restored Blu-ray is EXCELLENT. So glad it happened in my time. A WONDERFUL PRIVILEGE.

Excellent classic British doomsday film! Very meticulous and intelligent, I was honestly impressed. Gives it a timeless quality. Most of the story takes place in a newspaper agency so there's much dialogue and banter. You really have to pay attention or you may miss something important. I find that refreshing and stimulating.... It's also a sincere love story, despite the dystopia. Amazingly well made film.

This is one of those special films that achieved a miracle thing, True Universality. Its message and characters are timeless. Essential viewing, don't miss it.

THE PERFECT MOVIE FOR EVERYONE. Universal and Timeless.

Mediocre, and by that I mean Average film overall but some of the CGI work is lacking especially the Alien being scenes. I've seen better aliens in some games I think. Impressive concept but not very realistic and Direction could be better. Worst thing about this film is the silly dialogue and clichéd acting. Far too predictable. This film just missed being something special and different, maybe it was made too early on someone's learning curve? If you don't mind being bored there are some great scenes here that do work but they're not enough to carry an entire film. It actually has the look and feel of a made for TV production, albeit with a big budget. If you haven't seen Mission To Mars you're not missing much. Better to watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind again.... 😐

Another fascinating film from master storyteller Hayao Miyazaki.... Of course! Who else in this world would dream of such wonderful things? What a Beautiful Soul he is. Eloquent and exquisite, I am grateful for the Gift of him. Studio Ghibli has enriched us all more than we know. 💗

FASCINATING BAD GIRL FILM! May be The Best ever. Characters are realistic and great fun in a pulp fiction way, story is imaginative and unpredictable. Absolute MASTERPIECE overall, deserves a total 4K restoration and release. ESSENTIAL VIEWING!
