Some episodes are great, but there are often flashback episodes which are disappointing. But the most annoying thing for me is the casting of Bruce Wayne - Iain Glen doing a bad American accent and lacking the strength and coolness to play Batman. Sorry, but to me he ruins every scene he is in. Why didn’t they cast an American with a deeper voice and a naturally strong presence? Luckily he’s not in many episodes, but every time he appears I’m disappointed.

I really wanted to like this but from the beginning the 1984 setting just ruined it for me. I don’t like the visual look of the 80s and because that is consistent throughout, the film didn’t improve for me.
