Bought charm with UNOde50 but received different item. Contacted customer service and they told me to send it back but I have to place new order for the one I originally wanted. So I did. Returned charm was received by them on April. Now it June and I have no money received back. Nobody is willing to help. Customer service is ignoring my emails. Honestly don’t know what to do but it is ridiculous how they are treating customers.
Wouldn’t recommend this brand AT ALL. Worst customer service.
