I had the experience of riding the bus, got to my stop and was informed my next bus was not going to arrive. The folks told me and 5 other people to go catch the train for free, went to the train station and the poor lady working there got grief from all of us because this guy didn’t wanna be truthful. (He wanted the angry people away from him so he didn’t have to deal with it) Supper disappointed with the service, called to be refunded and the lady was rude. Went to where I bought the ticket and they can’t refund it. I was supposed to get on a commercial fishing boat to make money. I ended up missing my boat and paying for a hotel room. Where is my compensation? I’d like to be payed back for the hotel room. This was not a fun experience.
