Almost one of the worst movies ive seen, where I was hoping for so much and received almost nothing. Three different stories that are to somehow revolve a place called Horizon, but there was one major problem, no story or real character development. Events unfolded on the screen as if you were a random observer with no reason to really want to care for the characters. Even scenically it was "ok", nothing spectcular. I couldnt help but walk out of the theater thinking i had no connection to any of the characters. Dialog was minimalistic, perhaps a narrator telling the stories we see trying to unfold, much in the way the successful series 1883 did, would have helped. Just sad to see that Costner left what was an amazing acting legacy with an even more captive storyline on Yellowstone, to create this boondoggle. Do yourself a favor, rent Dances With Wolves, or How The West Was Won instead of wasting your money on this movie.
