This book is amazing, it pin points everything wrong in our society surrounding consent, SA, R**E and more issues regarding similar matters without pointing the finger and blaming a particular gender. It's educational, and as a woman made me feel seen, heard, understood and validated about my own experiences.
I wish I had access to this at a younger age. It's empowering and eye opening, I have never been taught about consent.
All I was taught in sexual education was safe sex so I wouldn't become pregnant. I never knew "NO" was a complete answer, although I am now 23 and wish I could've had my voice heard sooner, this book helped me understand that I am someone, I have a choice and also gave me a huge understanding on what consent actually is.
If you're looking for a book that will make you feel all the emotions, but also make it hard for you to put it down. And on top of that even help you to connect to yourself and understand your traumas as a woman I would 100% recommend. (Like I said this book isn't just for women) I'd highly recommend this read for teen boys as well!!!
