It is a disappointment to hear Fox News go on and on about the narratives being presented by the Dems. Those stories only serve to help the Dems present their less than truth to the American public. (Similar to when President Trump was candidate Trump, the main stream media would make fun of him and report on things he said, yet; for the majority of us, President Trump was saying exactly what we wanted to hear from a candidate.) So, my thought is rather than trying to make the right wing narratives sound silly (which they are), Fox might consider repeating over and over the good that has come from the Trump Administration. Being on the offence might turn out to be more beneficial than appearing to report defensively to the lies being told by the socialists running for office.
