More Baby Billy and Eli and less ratty kids flashbacks, gay not gay story line, the sister who can’t act, and the prodigal sun. More McBride while they are at it. This show is sometimes entertaining and sometimes really, really annoying. Not Danny’s best work. It is watchable if you lower expectations.

I love the retro future. It was the one they promised me at the 64-65 New York Worlds Fair. The styles are great. I’d rather have that future where people pay attention to how they dress rather than the world of schlubs we are living in today. The acting is good over all. Some of the acting is really too cartoonish. My concern is that this is turning out to be a watered down Glengary Glenross set in a swank hotel lobby. Some issues with the vehicles. Why do they float even when they are turned off? Are we ever going to see the moon or is it also as fake as the property being sold? Maybe nobody ever got there in that time line. I give Apple credit for trying. I’ll keep watching.
