Sure, but it's enjoyable nonetheless, due to efficient story telling, humorous dialogue and fast pace. References to Star Trek, Star Wars, and even Edgar Rice Burrough's Martian series are sprinkled in. Indulge yourself with a few hours of fun.

I have been a loyal fan for many years, but I have serious objections this time. It seems authors these days feel it necessary to kill off major characters. Fine, villains deserve to die, but seriously, main character? After investing empathy for the character, then blam! dead. How useless is that? Did you not feel like developing an interesting relationship and plot line? Most disappointed that an author so capable of poetic description, subtle dialogue and parallel intersecting plot lines should be so cavalier with his reader's sensibilities. Shape up, Guy!
