One way I judge a movie is would I watch it again. The overwhelming answer to Gretel & Hansel is NO. The first 20 minutes was promising, screenplay and cinematography near breathtaking. But once again, Hollywood could not resist the urge to deviate from the original Grimm tale penned in 1812. The plot and storyline quickly hung a left and the I got bored fast. The ending was completely hogwash. This spoiled a great performance Alice Krige....a shame really!
