I'm gonna be brutally honest. I couldn't sit through this whole thing. I made it to about the 5th track and got tired of it. The first two tracks are alright but once you get past them, it becomes a real slog to get through. Like, I almost want to compare this to st anger. It sounds like James is forcing himself to hit notes he isn't naturally comfortable with and it comes off that way. Some of the riffs are kinda heavy but man, they get really really repetitive at points. Its kind of disappointing considering how good Hardwired was. Like, Metallica is very much still capable of much better than this but i'm gonna say this is a solid 2/10. Not the absolute worst stuff i've ever heard but its not good.
