Extremely dull. Also weird they would make you dislike EVERY character except ONE in a show all about survival on an alien planet… mabey make MORE than 1 person likable, so we root for them to survive… not die and end the show by the 3rd episode. Also the “Alien Telepathic Panda” is used WAY too much, and in some down right MORONIC scenes. Your telling me it can withstand the DIRECT explosion of an ENTIRE SPACE CRAFT… yet it can be cut by a knife?! CMON NOW. It would have blown itself to bits, if not caught fire severely. Every scene with the “dumb ugly panda”, as I found myself calling it, is extraordinarily predictable and bland, atleast once you get what it does. It loses it’s appeal after the 100th or so time, just “Ope well there goes that Fat Ugly Panda Thing again… mabey it’ll die or do something different this time… I hope…”. The Robot is BY FAR the best character. Especially noticeable when it is vs is not near by the character (to not use spoilers).

Amazing Season 1, but they should have just added an episode or two to conclude it, because Season 2 started to get slow and suffer greatly vs Season 1. Within a few episodes you already want them to kill off the Khan’s Son and Ministercof Finance… He (the prince) sucks all around as a character and has the weirdest expressions. He takes EVERYTHING the wrong way too, the Khan could say “You’re awesome, I love you”, and the Son would STILL respond with something like “More than the Latin (Marco)? Well and what about your pets?” Lol 😂. He also believes ANYTHING negative people try to convince him of, like every lie, rumor, and random negative thoughts are just amplified to him and fully believed, despite how utterly stupid. He gets slightly better in end of S1 into S2. The Indian (Head of Commerce, someone with royal blood as well) is also WAY too obvious about ALL his “plots”, and it makes 0 sense how no one has caught him and executed him for anything. Even just the flat out lying… the assassin is still recovering and barely can talk? After DAYS of treatment and only an arrow to the shoulder? Despite speaking completely clearly the entire time after, while be detained etc…? Common sense just breaks so many of his lies, combined with outside knowledge usually given to the necessary characters, it’s insane. If you binge watch it the Political stuff can OCCASIONALLY get boring but very rarely, but it always gets better very quickly (except for the Chinese Chancellor, he’s somehow boring and creepy at the same time). Season 1 finale? MIND SHATTERING!! WHAT A PLOT TWIST!! Who KNEW the Indian guy was trying to betray The Khan?!?! CERTAINLY not EVERYONE watching from like the 2nd episode, mabey even sooner🙄🤦🏼‍♂️. What a cop out for an final scene.

How in the hell is this “Top 10 in 22+ Countries for weeks”?!? This is like a minor step above those trash Fantasy B Movies… IF THAT. It might just be one. It’s also CLEARLY PG. Like they make that VERY clear and use an utter minimal amount of action scenes, so if you’re in it for the cool swordplay scenes and awesome battles, they don’t really exist. The character development? What character development? Writing? They bomb that REALLY hard too, especially since they were given source material... This is where logic and reasoning go to die. It’s a super straightforward, predictable, forced, aggravating show that’s dull at times and has characters that act without common sense or judgment, etc. The entire concept is even off. You sent “apprentice knights?” to go track Turi down… but he’s a day away already on horseback… yet they catch up to him no issue. They also find him out everywhere in the WORLD they could look, same with Jaro, who somehow is tied to him via leash practically. The girl who’s obsessed with her “golden road” and marriage IMMEDIATELY makes you want her to be killed off… so what do they do? Make her a main character ofcourse!! You can’t imagine how much worse it gets… They couldn’t have forced the narrative between the two characters any harder if they tried though, he’s going to WAIT to deliver a letter to save THE WORLD because “I wanna find the imaginary golden roooooaaaaad!!”. He SHOULD have kicked her off the horse almost immediately and left her… there wouldn’t have been any consequences and she’d be arrested so we FINALLY wouldn’t have to deal with her. I mean Episode 3 is w her is THE WORST. She should be dead so many times over, and is such an unlikeable person while “surviving” as well (continually spitting in the face of the people saving her life). I simply cannot express how much you will want her to die. I already can guess what happens now that the “junior knights” who made fun of him and tried to kill him are captured… he trades them for the letter… even though they mean LESS than nothing and DESERVE to die, he instead gives away something that will save THE WORLD. Because it’s just THAT BAD. BTW, the AVALANCHE would definitely have killed them… By episode 2 I was already fast forwarding scenes if this give you an idea of how good it is. You want to know the ending, but BARELY enough to keep it on…

Cool show, great animations. Kind of childish at times. The boy’s Mom is a POS, the girl’s Mom is annoying, frustrating, and a POS. You basically loop her in w the villains despite them trying to make here some you feel sorry for, etc. Also WHY would you not just delete Chanda lol. He’s clearly nowhere near as educated in “the world”.

S1 is awesome. S2 is HOT TRASH. Like get ready to watch a children’s show. The animation is still great and the style is fun to watch fights in, but it’s such a basic show. I found myself enjoying the INTROS the most, where they just do some cool scene that doesn’t pertain to anything. Then they want us to feel bad for some kid who decided to be a terrorist and murder a buncha people… which gets annoying. Especially when the plot of the first season was her being harassed by the SAME group… On top of that they make her seem like some “unkillable” person with this great plan, when she’s A CHILD… who can withstand hits from the SAME FORCE as a hit that DESTROYS CONCRETE w reinforced pillars. It’s like she consistently gets hit by a MAC Truck and then jumps saying “let’s go!” and beats up the truck.🤣 Ofcourse when it’s impractical for the plot line however, they have her easily captured. S1 I watched and enjoyed with anticipation for S2 by the end. S2 I fast forwarded 80% of the non-action scenes after realizing I couldn’t make it through CLOSE to a full Season of that, except those scenes.

Good but holy hell… Julianna Crain’s GARBAGE at being “in the resistance” and “lowkey” at first lol. Also it’s very very VERY illogical. Bordering on aggravating and stupid at times. Like the way the characters act makes 0 sense in reality for the most part. Julianna should have died the first episode multiple times, then again multiple times in the second, etc etc, continued on the WHOLE SEASON. She had 0 concern for anyone trying to pry info out of her, spy on her, etc. Even when she was ABOUT to be killed, she picked the most IDEAL spot for them to do it. She’s terrible. If America was built on spies like this in the Revolutionary War or something, we really wouldn’t have an America lol. Hopefully it gets more realistic (it doesn’t). The “Sheriff” is incredibly illogical too. So you’re telling me there’s a huge place with a bunch of people and no laws where everyone lives free, but this sheriff comes and essentially enforces the laws of elsewhere and kills/harasses etc the residents, but has no REAL legal ability to do so? And ISN’T a sheriff? And all the citizens just stay afraid and listen to him, even hiding and changing their names, rather than just KILLING HIM?! Cmon now… Plus the drawing of Juliana STAYS in the SAME SPOT for like over 12 hours?? A single piece of paper? Again.. Cmon now.. When they get back to NY it gets no better. Ed answering Julianna and telling her to come back and help stop Frank is HYSTERICAL too. She’s ACROSS THE CONTINENT… you think she’ll be back in the next hour to stop him? The Dojo asks Juliana if she “reported to the Nazis yet as they can’t have a wanted person practice” and she gets all sad and leaves… and then acts like her life is over and never goes back, despite NOT being a wanted person anymore via talking to the Nazis. Frank just SNAPPING and running out the house past curfew just because it was a man who helped her not be killed/to kill the SS officer is incredibly stupid and makes no sensr too 😂. Juliana not telling her family, including Arnold who knows most of it, THEIR DAUGHTER IS DEAD, is insanely illogical as well. Common sense and logic are like nonexistent in this series. It’s really starting to get ABSURD. Wanna make everything 300x easier for the entire EAST COAST? Just kill the ONE GUY… who doesn’t have ANY security, etc, hes just an OLD Nazi… You could shoot him, kill him via fists, stab him, blow up his home (screw his Nazi family), blow up his car, plant things in his office that would have him executed, etc… There are SO MANY ways for the characters to do what they need/want to unencumbered, but they just NEVER do it. They almost ENJOY being pawns/used. Now Joe is in San Francisco and immediately “manages to find” Juliana, and knows she has a knew film, and suddenly has nothing to do but appease her… and he eas JUST an undercover Nazi… but she’s supposed to believe HE just stumbled across her, just happened to join the resistance after being the only guy allowed to betray the Nazis?!? LIKE WHAT DUDE..? GARBAGE when it comes to logic. UTER GARBAGE. P.S. : The Princess looks like an Alien 🤣 and WHEN are they going to FIGHT BACK…? Are we just going to let the do whatever they want even though we’re armed, EVERY time? Also that Head Nazi dude having a kid be diagnosed and now have to murder him because of HIS laws is awesome. Frank's a wimp. PLEASE JUST KILL HIM ALREADY.

Clearly a cult classic w an old fan base. I don’t think it’s going to ever gain new ones tbh. It hasn’t exactly aged well lol. It’s supposed to highlight cool Chinese culture… but just comes off as INCREDIBLY racist at times, other times hysterical (like minute 47 or so where you watch the guys outside the Fortune Cookie Factory attempt to dance and sing.. then make fun of HIM after that hysterical display), it just combines ALL Asian culture and considers it Chinese… the acting is BAD, the stunts are BAD, idk how this did well back then besides mabey people not knowing they could have better in the way of Kung Fu films?

Bad. Could have been ALOT better if they didn’t do “insert teen romance scene here”, “insert teen drama scene here”, sort of writing or wrote much of a story at all… I full out fast forwarded past them and felt like I missed nothing important. That’s how you know you wrote it wrong and it was completely unnecessary. They could have spent that time doing WAY cooler scenes… or make it logical in the LEAST. He’s just evil? Just inheritedly evil? And he just DECIDED to throw his life away tormenting the only other few kids who can understand him…? They said you become addicted then like the Father if you act like that too young. Then they say transferring the powers won’t change it… making the whole plot POINTLESS. He also just magically figured everything out too, and goes from having foster parents who would know nothing, and his other relatives to suddenly being more intelligent and powerful then the kids who practiced their lives and were passed down knowledge lol. Plus your going to tell me the one kid is stronger all FOUR COMBINED, PLUS anyone else who can use magic in the family…??? Right after telling me you need to ascend first… Making EVERY adult they know stronger than him… Also he isn’t some highly trained person or anything, im sure there’s a plethora of ways both magic and non magic to kill him… for example he literally whispers in his here… just stab him. Shoot him. Whatever. He can dodge a “magic bubble” but can he dodge a bullet??? It’s stuffed w holes empty promises, and “lets relate to the teens” scenes. It’s just very clearly for kids or young teens lol.

The male “Lestrange” character is NOT done well. The ending is very rushed, the boy who grew up hated and bullied is warned about someone who they consider the world’s biggest bully and least compassionate, and he believes in him randomly and is going to dedicate his life to his cause? They make it seem like he was just going “ehh good… or evil… idk, lets go evil I guess, I could do some light genocide today.”… like HUH?? Luckily the book does do much better and you can get a general idea and atleast a solid plot done in the move.
