I was afraid to like it, because Netflix has a history of canceling good shows prematurely. This show probably won't see a second season. It's good. Seriously. Every character is not only well casted, but exceptionally well played. It's also very close to the original source material. If Netflix ends up making the worst in a series of monumentally bad decisions in canceling this show, I hope someone else picks it up. THIS is the blueprint for how anime should be adapted to a live action format.
