Elyas Toohey – Google

I saw this back when i was 13 when it came out in 2006. Look the flm is a masterpiece. However... You need to watch it with either subtitles, or about 4 times to understand all the very fast paced dialogue. Secondly, it is not filmed conventionally. It's easier to think of it like watching a dream. The movie and the plot carries the whimsical nature of a dream. It changes in an instant. There's a solid 8 minute courtship scene/act just throw in them middle that takes you out of all the police action. It's a masterpiece, but it is completely unlike any other film out there, and you may be uncomfortable with it on the first viewing.

Criminally underrated and underappreciated/watched. It's a masterpiece. The problem is it takes 3-4 episodes to get REALLY good, from then on it's a constant rollercoaster, all housed within the semi historical world portrayed (some real pirates and real life events, and then there's SIlver, Flint and Billy Bones, Israel Hands (Both real and also serving as fictional in treasure island)) One of the best shows you will ever come across. Only downside is the structure of the seasons. the seasons do not connect as well as they could. You feel it when you watch episode 1 of S2, 3, or 4. Just feels different to the previous season. But each season is also characterized by that. Different energy. Different theme. It all works well too. The issue is that you fall in love with the previous seasons theme, that the new theme takes an episode to adjust to.

I have post-grad qualifications in psychology, unlike many of the 5 star reviewers. I gave this 2 stars because i personally enjoy watching left wing ideologues and old-guarde republicans hating on trump. More so to laugh at the ridiculous level of bias. Would trump qualify as a narcissist or possible psychopath? Yes. 100%. Would Obama qualify as a narcissist or possible psychopath? Again, yes, 100%. You o not get t be president of the USA without a serious mental condition. Think about what it takes to get there. The number of people you have to "beat" throughout your career. Remember, many of them will be sociopaths, psychopaths or narcissists too. WHat you get is this great game that gives you the best psychopath in the game or the best narcissist. To the point that just about every president since 1900 could be identified with a serious mental issue. Woodrow Wilson. FDR, Truman, JFK, LBJ, NIXON, Carter (huge narcissist), Reagan (psychopath), George bush, CLinton (Huge narcissist, likely caused by his mother). Ironically, G.W Bush is one of the only ones who wasn't pathological. He also has a near genius IQ. However he had a lot of close "advisors" who were full blown psychopaths, and if you're not a psychopath, an intelligent narcisisst, or a sociopath, then psychopaths can and will exploit you. ironically why you want a psychopath at the helm. At least its the psychopath you voted for who is in charge, vs the possibly unelected psychopathic advisory staff.
