Till Talaq do us part.. one of the most interesting book on the issue of Triple Talaq written by Ziya us Salam an Indian author, literary critic, journalist. This book make us clear understanding about Instant triple Talaq. He in this book try to push away all the stigma associated with Triple Talaq and bring clarity over islamic instant divorce system from different quranic verses which are most authentic source and from Shai Hadees. He discussed all the type of divorce exist in different sect and school of thought of muslims such as Hanafi, Malki, shafi, Hanabli, shia, Ithna Asharis, Ahle e Hadees etc.These various types are , namely,Khula , Talaq e Ehsan ,Talaq e Hasan, mubarat, Talaq biddat, Talaq e Tafweez, lian etc. He then through a light on Supreme court judgment on Tripple Talaq in Shayara Bano vs the Union Of India and Others case and also sheds light on the efforts made by those seven crusaders women who are real worriers behind this judgment and behind this change. The writer in light of Hadees proves that the pronouncement of three divorce in one sitting is single revocable divorce on page no. 28 and 29 he mintioned two hadees which proves that during prophet (SWAa) this practice was assumed as single revocable divorce and prophet SWAa Expressed his anger on the subject of instant talaq even during Umar rz time any pronouncement of instant was followed by public flogging to the husband but unfortunately the modern ulma who followed Imam abu Hanif (rh) ruling on this matter ignore this action of caliph Umar rz. One page 33 he write that " interestingly the fourth caliph Ali rz overruled the decision of caliph Umar rz. he advised reconciliation over everything else". most islamic scholar believe that Umar's rz rulling on this matter was for specific circumstances. Modern scholar including Dr. Israr, Mufti Taqi Usmani, Engineer Mohammad Ali mirza, dr. Tahir ul Qadri etc have openion that the Ummat had Ijma on this mattter that three divorce in one sitting are three irrevocable divorce but unfortunately they ignored that Ummah also includes Hazrat Ali, Hazrat ibne umar, Shia, Ithna e Ashria, Ibne Taminha etc if these personalities and sects have differences with that of others school then where is Ijmah. book also tells about the concept of Halala and How so called mulana interpret verses no. 230 of sura Baqarah in mischievous way which is tottaly aganist the letter and spirit of said Quranic verses and made the women a play thing under whose feet the Jannat lie , who is the key of Jannat and who completes half of the faith of her husband. the women has been bestowed by numerous rights by Allah in Quran and His prophet in Hadees but she has been deprived of these rights by the patriarchal society and so called the contractor of islam are never and ever talked about these rights but on the contrary they want to close them behind four walls.
