This album is a grower. Most of Swift's works are. I think that's the strength of her work. It doesn't impress at first, but the more you listen to it the more it enchants you to listen to it more. She wasn't lying when she said that she puts narcotics on her songs.
I must say though that despite the fact that they're catchy and undeniably boppy, the magic of her collaborations with Jack Antanoff is slowly fading off. There were moments where I experienced ear fatigue from the heavily-synthed production of most of the songs from this album. Overall, it's still a good album with a good quality of repeatability.
Indeed, TTPD is a testament to who Taylor is - she is the music industry. 7/10
