I don't think I've disliked a movie as much as this. I regret the time I spent watching it. The main emotion I got out of it was pure, whole-body, visceral cringe. It was written in a completely different style from every other movie I've seen, identical to a play. As much as I enjoy musicals and other formats, I didn't find it worked at all for the movie format. The dialogue was full of movie buff references, which cater to a very specific audience. The attempted humor was predictable and unfunny. The funniest part was the terribly cheesy lines. 2023 movie biggest regret for me
