I love the Predator series, and once again they ruined a perfectly good franchise with some silly and unnecessary feminism. It's honestly cringey to watch it. Unnecessary drama, main character that is annoying self-righteous and angry and rarely gets punished for her arrogance, supporting characters that literally just disappear, unrealistic chauvinism, and shots of Native American life that nobody asked for (they're cool, but this isn't a National Geographic movie). The camera work is the only decent part of this movie (and maybe the dog).

It is sure fun to watch, but for a spy show, a lot of this stuff seems very not serious. The main character basically has plot armor, and no matter what he does, he can't seem to get into trouble. The worst he suffers through is anxiety at work. His friends are alive, his target is alive, his missions are successful. It's like he's superman, and not just a man. At first, you will be engaged, but by the end of the first season, you will pick up on the fact that he is never going to be punished for his uncaring attitude towards the world and the people around him and it will get boring and unrelatable. There's also a lot of sex in this show, to the point of making it completely unbelievable. There are no traditional relationships, and the characters feel over the top, not human. It's hard to connect or relate to any of them, and honestly feels disgusting.
