The biggest thing wrong with wrestling today is Vince McMahon. He was born into wrestling but knows nothing about it. Now I’m old school but our country is looking for hero’s,tradition and stability. I grew up watching live Atlanta Wrestling, later on know as Georgia Champion Wrestling. Back then you had guys like Ray Gunkel, the original two Assassins Tom Renesto and Jody Hamilton and then Gene and Ole Anderson. Those guys knew wrestling and wrestling fans and the reason they did they were wrestlers themselfs. They made good bookers. Now I know wrestling’s a work but there use to be rules and such a thing as a dq. On tag team matches if someone somebody went in the ring to save his partner without a tag it was an automatic dq. There use to be no such thing as a tag rope and a wrestler use to have to tag his partner over the top rope with only a their hands touching while they were in their own corner. There use to be such a thing as a time limit draw and you had wrestlers that were versatile that could win with more Than one move. You know if a wrestler now uses any move that not his/her finishing move that the match is not gonna end. Also now half the match takes place outside the ring at the announcers table or in the crowd. People like to see a match stay inside the ring. Nobody wants to see somebody like Dolph Ziggler be dominated by somebody like drew McIntyre or see crooked referees or referees that are told what to do like Heath Slater. Why do wrestlers wrestle in their clothes now I.E. Baron Corbin. Even though it’s a work It looks unprofessional. Over the years you’ve had wrestlers like Hulk Hogan who couldn’t wrestle his way out of a wet paper bag and now you have guys like Bobby Lashly who’s the boringest wrestler ever. Wrestlers that were in the opd NWA could make Wrestling look real, now you have wrestlers climbing up the top rope with their opponent so he can be suplexed off the top turn buckle. Wrestlers help Randy Orton as he pulls them through the ropes. People fall into place so Ray Mystero can do the 619. And the most obvious move is when someone rolls into place for Finn Baylor to do the cudegra. Also people don’t want to see stupid storylines like Dean Ambrose not saying anything, that’s very boring. And if there’s suppose to be heat between two wrestlers that are friends one of them always accidentally gets hit by the other one every time.
