I went to see Ad Astra not really knowing what to expect. Brad Pitt showed his power and range as an actor. He brought real humanity and depth to his character. Ad Astra, like 2001 A Space Odyssey, is a thinking personโs sci-fi movie...space is the metaphor for Pittโs characterโs odyssey. Ad Astra is more a solid, good film than a blockbuster.
