The book built up their love hate relationship. It was like riding a rollercoaster while reading it. But it pulled you in and kept you interested to see what would happen next. In one scene, Hardin says "I can't believe that you're mine." To which Tessa says, "Not this again?" But...when he did he start doubting himself that he didnt deserve her? The scene where Tessa tells him he's so much more, well what happened to make him so much more? It literally hit all the key points in the movie while skipping the build up to each of those points from the book. I liked it. But not as much as I had hoped.
