This is a gem of a book and suitable for anyone with an allergy or who simply would like to know more about allergy. Simply written with technical information only when this is necessary and makes the explanation easier to understand makes it an easy read. It has information to improve self help and when to seek medical input. It helps you prepare for a consultation. This is important for any child as they can be prepared for what might happen in the appointment. I wish this book had been around when my son developed his first allergy.
