Could not put down this book! The non-linear writing style was captivating and each of the characters had their own unique charm and depth to them. I found the ending a little abrupt, but that is the only negative thing I can say about the novel. Bennett tells an amazing story about how 2 girls whose upbringings were the same, but they led completely opposite lives, and how their daughters' lives intersect in pursuit of truth. Brilliantly and beautifully told.
