**Spoilers**
Terrible movie. Heavy in dialogue with lots of pieces missing from the story. Each had a different relationship with the father but it never said what or why. I get what they were trying to do, because sitting around in the house with your siblings, whilst waiting for a parent to pass, can be quite long, tedious and tense but where were the rest of friends and family to visit, chat, say goodbye etc. When they brought the father out at the end that was so dumb. He didn’t even remotely depict what a person decaying of cancer, in the final days, looked like. Also those kind of characters, like the sisters were, do not change. The two coming in were up themselves, making Rachel feel like a loser when they were the worst. A death in the family doesn’t just change people and make it all hunky dory. They left the story like they left in a good place with each other but in reality they probably would’ve went to court looking for their share in the apartment and never interacted with each other again. Save yourself under two hours and watch something else.
