I'm pressing charges, I'm calling fraud on the fact that this is a scam to obtain your utility bill by someone who is trying to sell something or change your utility account to another provider. I've provided verification, not to mention that I set the account up myself. They are refusing to let me change the address it's just that the error message says that the address isn't recognized. The same error message popped up for 50 different addresses. This is obviously fraud before there's even any money deposited.
