5 stars for concept (disillusionment comes from repeating a bleak forecast of the future). 5 stars for the scenes of the positive future (amazingly well done). But 3 stars for the uneven execution, cramming too many scenes that don't advance the story and its themes. It really just needed basic editing! Overall, an enjoyable sci-fi for adults and teens.
