Ignore the nay sayers. This is a delightful film that allows respite from the wars, political posturing, Covid, Flu and RSV warnings and general unrest that surrounds us. It’s just fun, and that’s perfectly all right. We have enough reality.

This book is a must read. There is no arguing with the case she presents of 45 being a product of family dysfunction in the most egregious sense. Fascinating.

It is a quiet, tender portrayal of two friends whose love for one another is without condition. The movie belongs to them, and they do exactly what they are supposed to with it. It is lovely.
