I really wanted to love this book. It starts off very strong and Ajay is, by far, the most intriguing character and the one you are rooting for but then we meet the rest of the cast and it just gets a bit redundant. Excess. Drugs. Vodka. Cigarettes. Bad decisions. Repeat.
At some points it just seemed long for the sake of length.
Overall this may be the first book I read set in India where I got a deep look at the the depravity, the crime, and the power of money. But at the end, nothing really happens to the characters
