Why does it take until 5.22pm for the new episode of Rick and Morty to play when its been Monday roughly for 17 hours now. And it's still not on.

Hi. I never review, ever but I have read heaps of reviews about this and remember it when it happened and it looked good so I watched it.
At 36.30 they show footage of a field that he (Dupont) videos for hours and then rewatches it. So they play the footage and at 37.14 you see at figure get up and walk left to right across screen. Thought that it was something surely noticed but also maybe I'm not getting something they did in the doco. Anyway.
