Good..am watching the show on Bisbee, AZ. There is a lot more history than what you were told about the Oliver House. Many years ago there was a group home for boys, they went out and all drowned, many say they came back. There was one room where an old woman was seen in a rocking chair. Room 13 upstairs will often give a blast of hot air when door is opened. This particular room feels very bad. Toilets upstairs flush on their own. There is one room upstairs where people are drawn to the window and feel like jumping. People have heard footsteps walking up and down the hall all night. Beds sometimes shake. Dennis Schranz bought this hotel in the 80’s and had my sister Suzanne Calderone, work in the house to get ready to open and was the first to open it. He purchased the hotel for me to own it with him if I married him. At the time I had two small children and was in school in CA. to become a teacher, timing was bad so never joined him. They both told me stories about people seeing things and some would check in and run out during the night screaming. The Third top floor of the Copper Queen is haunted. Sounds like many people are on the floor at night when no one is there, sometimes smell cigar smoke.
