This is definitely in my top 25 Must See movies of all time. Incredible performances, beautifully filmed and a beyond-outstanding soundtrack from a (surprising) Peter Gabriel collaboration that is breathtaking. Please watch with an open mind - this is NOT a bible story re-creation and is not quite true to the gospels. So if interpretation and free-thinking upset you, keep moving. Otherwise, this is an amazing work of art. Favorite Scorsese film ever.
