1. The acting was not good. 2. Too Jesus-y. 3. Too repetitive. 4. Too predictable. 5. Filmmakers could not decide between wanting to do found-footage or traditional so they did a mix of both. 6. It's just propaganda for the church, not an actual horror movie with any sort of substance.

The script, plot, acting, and special effects were the worst I've ever seen. It's a great laugh. I say watch it with that in mind and just enjoy how terrible it is. Every 30 seconds there is something worth a laugh. It's a great way to ease stress and remember not to take things so seriously.

I don't know what movie everyone else watched but this was bad. It was the beginning to 5 different movies and the resolutions to none. Pierce should not try doing accets outside of his own. The writing was all over the place with no focus. All of the stories that were started have nothing to do with the last 2 minutes revealing that it was 9/11. It's not a spoiler because it has nothing to do with anything else in the movie. I actually liked Robert in it, but he was the only part worth liking. They use phones, computers and show cars that only existed well past 2001 so there is no way to assume it has anything to do with 9/11 until the final moments.

The last hour was bad and it was about an hour too long. The rest was fine. Give it a shot, though I wouldn't recommend watching it a second time.
