Why is it you (actually all news reporters) ask a question of your guest like the VP - "Do you regret making the statement 'That ISIS is defeated' just before getting the news of 4 servicemen have been killed? " He responds with a partyline answer that has nothing to do with the question and you do not ask him to answer the question. It was a good question and one we the public (not designated by party lines), want a truthful answer to not a partyline lie like we usually get. This type of a show tells me it is not worth watching youe show.
Can you please ask all of these senators you interview if they represent a state shouldn't they leave the party line behind and be a Senator from say- KY representing all the people in KY not a Republican Senator from KY. To me that means he is saying the non-republicans in KY are NOT represented by him. I'm realistic and know I will never see this happen but it doesn't hurt to try.
