The exposé of the chemical industry, the Pharma industry the food industry is Paramount in this book. Great information on how these industries really work. Also, great information on why we have the causes of disease completely backwards. I put this at three stars because some of the formatting was not great. The book would reference itself multiple times in each chapter in regards to other chapters but never put the page number or where anything was that you had to go find it yourself which definitely took a much longer time to read. The references in the back also do not put where they are in the book so if you wanna go to a specific reference, you really have to skim through and it’s very annoying. The largest disagreements, I would personally dispute in this book is their view on nutrition is unfounded and erroneous… they also seem the use both of those words far to often.

Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama Bin Laden

What a terrible movie. On a topic that’s about the greatest soldiers in the modern world it makes Navy Seals seem like incompetent buffoons that fight one another like pissed off teenagers. The “interviews” that happen through the whole movie seems completely fabricated due to them all done by the actors, but I encourage people to actually fact check the events that happen in this film. Speaking of acting it was surprisingly the strongest part of the movie... but that’s not saying much. The script and dialogue is absolutely atrocious almost like a high schooler wrote it. Because of the over usage of long droning stock music the action scenes feel unemotional and lackluster. If they didn’t find stock footage then this “movie” would only be 65 minutes long. There are many other things to nitpick such the cheesy beeping text that comes up on screen every 5 minutes or the broken English the foreign actors deliver that you can barely understand, but I digress. This film does a disservice to the hero’s that protect this country and Is overall boring.
