I should have started with the words (Spoiler Alert) but as the film repeated multiple times that "Saare kahaniya ek hi hote hai" therefore I don't feel the need to do so. The movie can be interpreted in two ways, depending upon your level of mental maturity or perhaps the amount of substance in your system. In one narrative, it's a plain and simple Hero's life cycle, where a teacher/saviour/guide or Tara in this case arrives to awaken the Hero from his slumber of unaware mediocrity and pushes him via a few hardships so that he gets to recognise and acknowledge the Hero within so as to complete the journey and become Him. If your view of the film completely matches with what I just said, then Honey, we need to talk! Because you are as deluded as a sugar smacking goat before sacrifice. This movie shows a spoilt brat of a rich girl, who after a sweet vacation romance gets obsessed and eventually after four years stalks and barges into a decent hard-working well to do guy's life. She is typically beautiful and the ever single engineer very soon makes his entire life all about her, so much so that he is ready with the ring. However, instead of rejecting like a normal person this spoilt brat of a beauty goes on to crush the poor guy's world by claiming that he was living a lie which she can no longer be a part of. The guy gets severely depressed, has a relapse of an undiagnosed childhood split personality disorder and goes on to ruin his years of hard work and career. He eventually goes on to answer some of his ever existent Daddy issues and becomes some kind of a performer/storyteller/god knows what kind of a rich man's manifestation of a creative person with the beautiful devil applauding him from the crowd, perhaps cheering at her own success. To end this rant, all I want to say is that if you have any little love or care about the people around you, please for heaven's sake! Don't be your own Tara! The song's of the movie could compete with the script to decide which was worse. Mere dhai ghante ka Tamasha bana diya saalo nei...
