I've played all the Assassin's Creed games and for me, this one was the worst, and a big step backwards.Where this game finishes, it actually feels like it should have been where it actually begins. I felt that the previous game (Valhalla) was too big. And from memory the armor and weapon choices were too varied. This games attemped to address that but went way to far in the other direction. There was very little to explore and was environment was all same, same. A city and a dessert and that was it. The armour and weapons were the worst. It didn't really matter which ones you chose because they all provided pretty weak bonuses. And as for the story and the missions. Half the time I didn't know why I was actually doing them. I'll admit, that is probably mostly on me from not paying enough attention, but I just kept finding myself losing interest and just didn't care. The puzzles and investigations boring and just time stealers. And there was no reason to bother doing anything other than the main storyline which was very short.
