I loved it for what it was. I didn’t go in expecting to have my mind awakened or leave the theater with a wealth of new knowledge😂. I wanted a few laughs and escape reality for a couple hours. And it offered exactly that.

I absolutely love this show. I waited hoping for season 2, and I just finished it. I can’t say enough about the writing, producing, cast or storyline. It’s so refreshing to see people portrayed as “people”. Everyone is represented. But not in the “beat you over the head way”. Just like life should be. Everyone is just who they are and respected as such. Not labeled as anything. Strong yet compassionate women dealing with work and life in a human way. Colorless boundaries between friends that just love each other and that’s all. The gay community in power positions. It’s just a wonderful show. I wish there were more like it. Maybe people could get a peek into what real life could be without lines drawn.
