A funny movie. Good, believable dialogue and acting. A satire on our system of arranged marriages. Not as slow paced as most Indian movies, the viewer isn’t made to sit through unnecessary song and dance sequences, nor do we have to listen to long drawn out speeches or sentimental drivel. The dark humor running through the whole movie is something refreshing . Always wondered why we Malayalis who are pretty good at dark humor, at laughing at ourselves, never brought that to the movie screen that much.Well, here it iis! Enjoyed it. Didn’t turn off the TV after 5 minutes of watching, and the ending is apt too for this totally light hearted comedy. Well done, guys and gals!
