It's a bit draggy but for fans it will find it as a fine piece of story telling. Having read the novel makes more sense how the plots are interwoven with the different characters. In essence it's not a part 2 as in some extension but rather the completing half of the story..so if you plan on watching would strongly suggest that you watch part 1 first. Jumping in with out prior exposure you will unlikely enjoy the movie..
