Verona Man

*SPOILER ALERT* I watched Barbie on the first day of its premiere in my place, and I absolutely love it! It's really funny, and at the same time, emotional. They added in internet memes, like the dad playing Duolingo, and also created memes like Mojo Dojo Casa House. My favorite moments from the movie are, of course, the Duolingo part, since I took that quite by surprise, and the part when Barbie is given the choice of staying behind or becoming human. That part was the most emotional part of the movie. First, the song playing in the background, What Was I Made For, set up the mood. Second, that part of the movie also showed the truth of human beings, we grow up, age, and die. Third, when Barbie picks up a cup of water and drinks it the doll way (lifting it up high), the water spills all over her, which is absolutely normal in the real world, though not in Barbieland As a child, I used to play with Barbie a lot. I dressed Barbie up, and I even have the Barbie dream house! That’s one of the reasons why I wanted to watch this movie. The second reason is, it has been going viral on the internet, so I decided it would be fun to watch it. The third reason is because some of my favorite singers are in Barbie The Album! I really appreciate how they made an album called Barbie The Album. There are many songs from famous artists, and artists I like, like Billie Eilish, Ava Max, Fifty Fifty etc. The album made me love the movie even more! Thank you so much for making this movie exist!
