I usually like odd and thought provoking films but I Really didn’t understand the deeper meaning of this film. It just felt grotesque for shock value (heavily implied child SA and full frontal nudity within the first 10 mins) fool I am waiting for the deeper meaning to hit but was all rather shallow. Glad most got a happy ending of being accepted despite their condition and I appreciated the dedication to the Wes Anderson pink and purple colour pallet, but this movie was a waste of my time…save yours and avoid!
