John Campbell

Only seen the first 2 episodes so far, but it is a brilliant series. How many organisations commit to a new IT system that is meant to "do it all", which then costs more than budgeted, doesn't achieve what it is required to, and has flaws in it which are never known about until they surface (and then sometimes difficult to isolate and understand). It will only get worse with time as our lives are controlled by systems which are required to turn a profit to shareholders far from the UK.
