Staff of yes madam are not professional they are repeating same thing they didn't understand problem
Whenever I have to call customer care and describe the problem facing...they say ok sorry call uhh back
But they didn't call
Then you again dial number and call some another person come and then describe complete issue...this is repeating 4 to 5 times
