Evangeline Iley

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller is the most well written, beautiful book I've ever read. It combines mythology with romance so perfectly, and all of the characters are written with breathtaking detail and care. From the first page it was captivating, but as it progressed and Achilles's and Patroclus's relationship grew it was mesmerising. The Song of Achilles is, without a doubt, my favourite book; even though it will probably make a reader sob towards the end, I would recommend it to anyone. :)
