Dictatorland Paul Kenyon I bought the book because of its cover. As I had met Mobutu several times in Kinshasa, Paris,Monaco and Gbadolite in the heady 1980's I was also a runner as company representative to acquire a Leopard Toque for Mobutu as a gift from my company in Paris with hilarity. I also met the snake Dominique Sakombi Inongo who took Mobutu to the next level in pillaging Zaïre. The book is well researched and a very commendable read where it filled a few gaps. Well captured.
