This book by an army doctor who as a young ambitious man goes to Oman as part of a Defence Medical team to serve on contract between two governments. It is a fascinating story about his three years there the people he met and the details set out as it happened during that period. It is very interesting and I found the story very compelling to read. A lively account of a middle class Indian who gets to his goal is nicely told. Wonderful reading
