SPOILERS!
Everyone has mixed feelings about this movie, which is understandable due to the nostalgic feel put into it. Also that its a Spiderman movie, meaning... people anticipate greatness. I personally didn't like it as much as the other Tom Holland Spiderman movies, as many would say, many plot holes, a slow beginning, too much unnecessary dialogue. But the acting was great, I think they managed a tear or two from me.
Anywho, there were just a few things I would like to comment and if someone would like to answer them for me, that would be great.
-On the bridge, when Dr. Strange captured Doc Oct and brought Peter into the dungeon, why couldn't he have captured Green Goblin as well? They were in the same place and same time?
-When Peter told Aunt May to run, she goes to the elevator first??? Girl, if you were told to run, you do not go to the elevator first! So the next scene, she takes the stairs. She didn't even look like she was running for her life to keep the serum safe, there were 2-3 scenes of her still "running" down the stairs.
-When Ned and MJ open portals to find Spiderman, we see Andrew in an alley way which makes sense. He's randomly in the streets and probably finishing up some heroic deed, but when Tobey came into play, he just stepped into the portal like he has been through one before? As if he was just waiting for his turn to go through?
The ending wasn't great either, it left bitterness in my mouth. He promised he would introduce himself again. Now he lives by himself, and makes his own suits? Why doesn't he have the suit he was wearing anymore? Yall are going to say, their memory has been erased and that means Tony wouldn't have been able to make the suit for him....uhh but then why does the reporter talk about Spiderman still and that Spiderman is still connected to the destruction on Lady Liberty? They just don't know who's under the mask? So I'm guessing its moving forward from that point and time, that people started to forget about Peter?
Just my two cents. Watch it for the nostalgia, but don't get too hyped.
